Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last Updated MAY 2024
UREI grants its subscribed members access to a suite of exclusive benefits, including weekly office hours calls, accountability groups, coaching, software, real estate training programs, and more.
New partners (members) join U.REI with a 6-month initial contract term. Members are required to make contributions as outlined in their Membership Agreement. After the initial term, the membership and benefits continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled. The primary benefit of being a partner is access to the company’s training resources and support as outlined in the Membership Agreement.
Members wishing to terminate their subscription can do so at any time by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. However, members are obligated to pay for the entire 6-month contract period. If a member has paid in advance, they can cancel the contract, but will forfeit any monies paid. Membership will continue until the end of the current 6-month contract period, after which no contract period will remain. Following termination if requested and the conclusion of the contract period, access to all benefits of U.REI, such as mentorship calls, accountability groups, software, real estate training, and more, will be revoked.
U.REI reserves the right to immediately terminate a user’s account and/or service for any unpaid (in whole or part) period of the subscription (with or without notice). Termination of service in no way relieves or excuses the user from any obligation to pay outstanding charges or expenses. In the event U.REI starts collection processes of any type, you will be liable for all collection costs, including legal fees and expenses. In addition to any Fees, U.REI may also charge applicable value added or other tax.
U.REI maintains a firm policy of no refunds. This stipulates that membership fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of a member's decision to terminate their subscription. Nevertheless, members are entitled to enjoy all benefits of U.REI until the close of their current 6-month contract period.
While active, members are entitled to participate in weekly mentorship discussions via Zoom and join the community platform via Discord. Upon cancellation, access to these platforms, alongside the U.REI membership account, will be forfeited.
U.REI retains the authority to deviate from this policy at its own discretion. In cases of service discrepancies or errors on our part, we commit to collaborating with the member to reach a fair resolution.
U.REI reserves the right to adjust, revise, or discontinue this policy at its discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. This policy does not confer any contractual or legal rights to members and is not to be regarded as an exhaustive declaration of the Program's terms and conditions. All other Program terms and conditions continue to apply in full.
